Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within the US.

What delivery method do you use?

All packages are mailed via USPS (United States Postal Service).

How long does it take to get my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order and another 3-5 business days for delivery. This does not include orders that have personalized and/or custom items (these could take a minimum of 3-4 additional business days).

Is there a minimum dollar amount I have to spend to get free shipping?

Yes, any order over $50.00 is shipped free.

Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?

Yes, we have a local pickup option at checkout if that better suits your needs.

Do you have a store I can visit to shop?

No, we only have an online store. However, we do participate in markets/craft shows throughout the year.

Do you make all your products yourself?

Yes, all of our wood items are cut in our craft studio using a laser cutter. Each element of the products is then hand painted and glued with care. They are then sprayed with a sealant to help guard against scratches from everyday use.

For clothing items, we either print and/or cut our designs in our craft studio. We then use a heat press to adhere the design to the material.

Can I get my item personalized?

Yes, if the design and product allows room for personalization.

Does it cost anything to get something personalized?

Yes, there is an additional minimum charge of $1.50 per wood decor item to be personalized.

Can I get a customized shirt?

Yes, please contact us with design and garment details to receive a quote.
